The Galaxy A25 5G boasts a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1000 nits. It also supports super-fast charging, reaching total battery capacity in 30 minutes.

In contrast, the Galaxy A05s features a slightly larger 6.7-inch Infinity-V display with a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.
