Secret Neighbor

Secret Neighbor is a multiplayer version of Hello Neighbor. In this game you are in the role of a child and you are trying to save your friend but your friend is in the neighbor's basement. Your goal is to make sure the neighbor doesn't know you are trying to save your friend. You can hide in boxes, closets and under beds, sneak around and use items to distract the neighbor.

Gameplay

Secret Neighbor gameplay is divided into two parts:

  1. Gameplay for Kids: The Kids go inside the Neighbor's House, explore the creepy basement and find clues. The Kids have to use their wits to find and rescue their friend, while the Neighbor tries to scare them all away. The Kids have to use their cellphones to light up the creepy basement and find clues to help them rescue their friend. The Neighbor will try to scare them away using various scary tools and techniques.
  2. Gameplay for Neighbor: The Neighbor watches the Kids using the cameras in his house. He also gets to read the Kids' chat messages. The Neighbor decides when to scare the Kids using various scary tools and techniques.

Visuals

Secret Neighbor graphics are 3D and somehow cartoonish, but they are still quite good and fit well to the game.

The Neighbor graphics are done in the first-person view, and the main character (the Neighbor) only has a few animations, so it's hard to make him look creepy, but his animations are good, even though he is a bit slow.

The graphics are the best part of the game, and they are good for the game, and they are also good to the eyes, and they are good enough to make it look like a real game.

Controls

Secret Neighbor controls are easy to learn, there are only few controls, but the fact there are different characters with different abilities makes things a little bit more difficult, because each of them can have different controls. So in order to play the game, you'll have to learn and master all of them.

Replayability

Secret Neighbor is a multiplayer game, so it is quite replayable. The game is played in rounds or turns so there is not a lot of waiting time when you play it. In one round you can play the game with multiple people and each person takes a turn to be the neighbor. When you're not the neighbor you're still part of the game as you are trying to help rescue your friend from the neighbor's house.

Conclusions

Secret Neighbor is a good game, it can be a bit hard to get into it in the beginning but once you get to know the game mechanics and the rules, the game can be fun. There are several little bugs in the game but nothing that will make you hate the game. There is a lot of potential for the game and hopefully the developers will focus on fixing bugs and improving the game.

The gameplay is pretty good, but it gets a bit repetitive, but it is still fun to play the game. The Neighbor can do many different things to scare you, but most of them are just silly, but there are some that are actually scary.

The graphics are the best part of the game, they are good and they are good to the eyes, and they are good enough to make it look like a real game. The Neighbor's animations are done well, but he has only a few of them.

The controls are easy to learn, but they are a bit different for each character, so you'll have to learn and master each of them.
